these guys make floaty, ethereal folky soundscapes, with just a touch of black metal influence from their first album. really amazing stuff; the beauty they manage to create is astonishing.

the debut album by jethro tull is completely different to the rest of their stuff as it is pretty heavily blues rock, and since it's so good it disappoints me that they didn't roll with this style for another album or so. basically flute+blues is a killer combo.

again something i didn't realise was low quality but it sounds fine. oh well. this is a pretty amazing album really, so don't let the fact that it's just two twenty minute tracks let you avoid it, because then you'd truly be thick as a brick.
